About Me

Hi, Im Marcus Hill, Certified Fitness Trainer, here to help you attain your fitness goals.  My goal is to help spread the knowledge of health and fitness amongst those who might seek it.  Im here to motivate you to become better and also help you develop healthier lifestyle habits that you can take with you and practice long after our encounter together.  I have many certifications and lots of experience in the world of health and fitness.  My experience as a Soldier in the US Army has given me the tools I need to properly instruct and perform exercises and also recognize improper technique.  My militarized-based style of training will instill discipline to help maintain proper exercise form and technique.  Just like all my clients I also have goals, some of which include you achieving yours.  So now that you know a little about me lets begin our journey to a more fit and healthier life.
